KAREN  has more than 25 years’ experience in the wireless industry, occupying leadership roles in virtually all aspects of network development. Her roles include directing Transport Engineering, Real Estate and Acquisitions, Construction, and Finance teams. She has breadth of experience negotiating high value contracts and master agreements with major fiber providers and equipment vendors, as well as overseeing lease negotiations of over 500 locations for site development. She was one of the first female construction managers in the wireless industry, building hundreds of cellular sites in metro and rural areas. She holds a BAS degree in Mathematics at the University of Minnesota.
